ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Course and the Certification Exam is ANSI accredited and recognized nationwide. Certification is valid for five years.The course is designed for the person in charge, managers, chefs, cooks, owners, wait staff, and others with supervisory responsibilities in food handling. This course can be taken by anyone interested in handling and serving food safely. Our goal is to make your experience in preparing for certification learner centered and enjoyable. It is also a great opportunity to network with others in your industry. You will acquire up-to-date and improved food-safety skills that will keep your recipients safe. Whether they are eating in your establishment, getting take-out or delivery or

buying your food products,

you will be taught the most recent regulations for safety.

OPTIONS

The ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Training Program and the Certification Exam are offered approximately once a month             at a central St. Clair County location. 
Onsite training can also be provided for groups of five or more for a discounted rate and on dates and at times
that work for your group.
