Your Gateway to Certification

The ServSafe Manager Certification verifies that a manager or person-in-charge has sufficient
food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Course and the Certification Exam is ANSI accredited and recognized nationwide. Certification is valid for five years.The course is designed for the person in charge, managers, chefs, cooks, owners, wait staff, and others with supervisory responsibilities in food handling. This course is open to anyone interested in handling and serving food safely. Our goal is to make your experience in getting certified learning centered and enjoyable. You will acquire improved food-safety skills that will keep your diners safe when eating in your establishment.

SERVSAFE®
FOOD MANAGER COURSE AND EXAM

Your instructor for this course is an experienced
professional educator
and a ServSafe® certified instructor and registered proctor. 
If you're looking to become a ServSafe Certified Manager by taking a high-quality course that is completed in a short amount of time, this course is perfect for you!  There’s an option for everyone!

OPTIONS

The ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Training Program and the Certification Exam are offered approximately once a month             at a central St. Clair County location. 
Onsite training can also be provided for groups of five or more on dates and at times that work for you!
